Minister of health in Kabardino-Balkar Republic in Russia Vadim G. Bitsuev

Bitsuev Vadim Georgievich - health minister in Kabardino-Balkar Republic (since 2006) was born in 1963. In 1987г. He graduated from Kabardino-Balkarian State university of H.M.Berbekova on a speciality medical doctor. In 1990 he finished clinical internship on a speciality therapy and cardiology. Since 1990 till 1996 worked in the Republican cardiological clinic as the doctor of a brigade of intensive therapy, the attending physician. In 1996 he switched to a post of the doctor-inspector in the Ministry of Health of Kabardino-Balkariya, then the leading expert and then - the chief of department of the organisation and quality assurance of medical aid, the analysis and forecasting. From March, 2000 has been translated by the head physician of the Republican cardiological clinic renamed then in the Cardiological centre. Since November, 2005 the governmental order of Kabardino-Balkariya he is appointed by the deputy minister of public health services and social development of republic. In July, 2006 by the decree of the President of Kabardino-Balkariya he was appointed to the Minister of Health of republic. In 2003 he was awarded by the Certificate of honour of Ministry of Health Kabardino-Balkar republic for an honest work in public health care branch.
